Sensations Kanchanaburi Trip

Scott and Paeng organised a trip for customers and staff to Kanchanaburi, departing in the early hours of the morning after the bar closed. The cost was just 3000 baht per person including travel, accomodation, food and drink and a great time was had by all!

First stop Damnoen Saduak Floating Market:

Next stop Erawan Waterfall

And at last the Party Bus arrived at the River and we transferred to a barge / river boat:

Finally the boat reached the resort and the party could begin...

Sensations Boat Trip

"Firstly, big thanks to Paeng and Solice who organised the whole deal, considerable effort and personal expense to make sure everyone had a great day....

Set off from Ocean Marina just after 11.00 a.m. in the two boats. Both were fully loaded, Not even the Thais could have squeeed more people on board. The boats looked terrific and were well equipped to handle the day with great looking crews and deck-hands at the ready. The 'mothership' lead the way and by the time we reached our destination at Koh Pai, we had already made a fair dent in the alcohol.

The beach was superb, nothing like what we are used to seeing in Pattaya, crystal clear water and the whole scene was picture perfect and hard to believe, only a short boat ride from the sewer.

Water activities were the theme for the day, shame the girls were a little on the shy side but they did loosen up a little as the day progressed. Food was very tasty and a nice balance of simple farang and Thai, the mix was spot on.

Arrived safely back to the marina as the sun set on another successful Sensations day, feeling a little tired and pretty sunburnt. We were lucky the weather held off despite some ominous clouds overhead, clearly Buddha was on our side.
